Apple really cares about diversity in ways that I have not seen before. It is truly a part of their fabric.

Not a great work/life balance but benefits are amazing. I really like the people I work with and feel like I can speak up about any issues I see. Female representation across all levels have improved. I have ability to work from home when needed.
