Expensive health plan with not so great coverage. I was granted pretty decent flexibility during my pregnancy. Company only pays 50% of cost of health insurance and employees pays the remaining amount. For a family of 3, this will cost approximately $500 per paycheck. Maternity leave is 6 weeks with the first 2 weeks attributed to vacation time. Wish there were more women in leadership as well.
