Groundbreaking DEI Data about Hispanic/Latinx Employees in the Workplace


Prospanica and Kanarys partnered to produce the 2021 Prospanica Workplace Inclusion & Equity Report.  This first-ever report assessed diversity efforts in a variety of corporate workplaces for Hispanic/Latinx employees, including how these employees’ experiences differ based on race, ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ+, parental, religious, disability and professional status with a focus on how the intersectionality of their identities impacted their experience.
