Experience was great early on and I was able to give input in shaping the culture of my office. However, corporate wide, the culture has become a bit toxic and now professional advancement has become much more difficult. People are smart and there are some great individuals across the company worldwide, but given the little trust and management failures, this company will continue to change for the worse.
