Company is constantly striving to improve workplace culture and diversify its employees. I am not impressed with the healthcare coverage but it is comparable to other companies. I think all companies in the industry need to do better. I enjoyed my position at the company although I had terrible immediate management. I was eventually laid off or would have likely otherwise still be working there.
