Fun place to work. My managers really care about their team employees and cared about people. I enjoyed my job only because of the managers I worked with. It’s a big company though and not everyone has that experience. Overall, I think advancement is difficult here and although my team is great, I observed some jealousy by other management of the younger talent. Instead of mentoring them, there seems to be an attempt to weed them out. It’s a strange dynamic.
