Intuit's policies are extremely accommodative
Intuit's policies are extremely accommodative; 3 months of paid parental leave (mothers + fathers), clearly expressed corporate intent to be inclusive to all, complete LGBTQ support and managers are measured on these dimensions 3x/year. Looking around the office, however, Intuit still has opportunities as large majorities are still male/caucasian/hetero/etc.
