I love working here and I have been here for 3 years. We feel more like a family rather than associates. I know that all the earning reports have people thinking that JCP is on the outs, but I do think this company will be turned around. I would recommend this company. Even when I had surgery, they made sure I was okay and didn't overload me when I came back.
