Women of Color Are Left Behind
Their diversity and inclusion statements and culture claims look great on paper, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done at the company. PepsiCo says it is actively trying to support women in the workplace, but there is more work needed to ensure women of color are actually being promoted to senior leadership.

Not Just Lip Service
Diversity and inclusivity is well respected and they want you to "bring your whole self to work" every day. The management really understands the needs of its people and how safety is important to protect their people.

True Feedback from POC at Pepsi
I don't know if I can honestly say to other people of color whether it is a true meritocracy here. The white male executives tend to gravitate toward employees that look like them and just like any workplace, you feel left out and as if other people have an edge. I think that Pepsi does much more than other companies, but I don't feel like I can be completely honest about these issues on the company administered surveys.
