I was nervous about moving from a small company to such a big one, but Salesforce has done a great job making sure the culture is truly inclusive. I feel at home and not only do people care, most employees are extremely smart and want to do a good job.

As a person of color, with past employers, there were times I felt out of place, but here, I actually feel included. Now there are still some ignorant co-workers but overall the culture strives to be supportive and to treat all employees in an equitable matter. This culture is great and I see myself staying here for the long run.
