High Management Turnover
Promotion opportunities are hard to come by. Management seems to always be changing resulting in leadership that has no institutional knowledge and are of no help. I certainly see certain employees favored over others (and those tend to be white males that are favored). Culture changes as often as management due to new priorities being pushed down.
