Happy that my teams comes together during time of crisis. We work together during our times of need and work together to effectively get things done.

Promotion opportunities are hard to come by. Management seems to always be changing resulting in leadership that has no institutional knowledge and are of no help. I certainly see certain employees favored over others (and those tend to be white males that are favored). Culture changes as often as management due to new priorities being pushed down.
