Pros and Cons
The company promotes based on likeability not job merit. If you are any color except Black you are promoted. Although unethically these managers look at Black women who are knowledgeable and who speaks up when wronged as Angry Black Women.
I have seen and experienced being marginalized. The same managers who created this environment were promoted.
This is the invisible racism in this culture. I don't personally feel the company is diverse. It's the good old boys rule they play by each day.
