As a new mom, I am happy to report that there are lots of "mother" or "lactation" rooms. I have stayed at home to work when dealing with a child home from school. There are a number of ERGS (including ones for women, LGBT, religion-based, and Black employees). Men outnumber the women in the tech fields though but this is true at many companies.
