It's getting there
Accenture is solid. They really do make efforts around I&D, but everything is disjointed. They need to be better about forming a cohesive I&D strategy and making that strategy known to employees

First Company That I Worked At With D&I Program That Wasn't all Talk
Accenture is actually taking steps to promote a fair and equitable workplace. Most D&I at companies is just talk, but under the leadership of Michelle Gadsen-Williams, Accenture is actually making real efforts to promote inclusion.

Straight from the Top
Accenture is super transparent with its D&I efforts and even publishes demographics. Philosophy pushed down from the top and people treat D&I as another business metric. It shows. I run into small issues here and there, but overall, I feel like I thrive here as a diverse employee.

Great Training Opportunities
Great training because you get to work on the most cutting edge of technologies. You have the ability to train across multiple disciplines but doing so is not easy. There are excellent benefits.

D&I Focus
Despite a very high workload, there is pretty good flexibility and the maternity leave is great. Accenture places a special focus on inclusion and diversity on the talent agenda.
