Credibility and Knowledge Questioned

The culture is great but I do feel like I am questioned about my credibility more than my majority counterparts. I don't think my colleagues realize they are doing that, but it does bother me.

Great Company

Working for Adobe is great and there are consistent opportunities for individual and professional growth. There is also a focus on work life balance. I think this company is as close to personable as you can be as a company.
