Work/life balance is pretty good and employees are treated fairly. There is no ownership or sense of purpose at work though. Part of the issue is that the company has little exciting new strategies and rely on legacy products. This company needs to desperately innovate before it's too late.

Management is not good. Overall, perception of them from employees is that they don’t know what they are doing. There have been several layoffs and the acquisition strategy has been too aggressive resulting in products that aren’t integrated. No job security.
