Diversity and inclusion differs a lot depending on your department. I know other diverse employees that love their experience while I don't feel nearly as excited to come to work each day. I don't have anything in common with team members and I feel like I have to code switch often at work.

The best thing about Bell is the people by far and the work-life balance is wonderful given the flexible 9x80 schedule. Customers are so great. I am surprised at how many folks have spent their entire career at Bell so retention if outstanding.

Flexible schedule with working 80 hours in 9 days and getting every other Friday off work. This works great for me given family schedule. There is also holiday time off and tuition reimbursement that is paid prior to taken classes rather than after. Engineers are interesting and smart and you are able to learn a lot from them.
