Dallas facility was great and I enjoyed working there. However, management team from other office was not responsive to any communications unless there were work emergencies. It was also very hard to get vacation time. Communication needs to be improved. Benefits are pretty comprehensive.

Experience was great early on and I was able to give input in shaping the culture of my office. However, corporate wide, the culture has become a bit toxic and now professional advancement has become much more difficult. People are smart and there are some great individuals across the company worldwide, but given the little trust and management failures, this company will continue to change for the worse.
