So much fun getting to meet so many people coming to movies. When blockbuster was released, work got super busy but then it make the shift go by faster. Pay is okay for temporary job but certainly not high enough to make it a career. Loved the free movies and the 50% off concessions when on breaks. Overall the work is easy and the environment is positive.

I think employees that work at the theaters really enjoy their experience and have a lot of fun. From the management point of view, the job was stressful and for all the management above me, I felt like they were not effective. Employees at theaters were so upset when they were disciplined for ridiculous behavior. I would not want to be a manager for this company again. "
