Although at times I feel isolated, I lean heavily on the employee resource organizations (which are very active) because I can talk to folks that look like me and who can understand the struggles I face at work.

I took maternity leave here and not only is the leave great, I found management to be supportive of my leave prior to leaving and especially when I returned to work. There are also great mental health programs offered to employees.

Leadership is super approachable despite being such a large company. It's amazing how the culture here goes well beyond the business and bottom line. Leadership drives the culture and pushes down the values of the company to all employees. It's one of the best cultures I've seen in my 25+ years of working.
