Not sure about corporate, but tons of diversity as employee at store. I do have to deal with discrimination from customers from time to time but have had little issues with my fellow cashiers.

I'm impressed at the promotional opportunities given to employees even those who don't have a college graduate. Costco is a good employer and I have been working here for 8 years and I get full benefits which competitors do not give.

You need to work hard to succeed and be an overall nice person with a positive attitude. With such a fast paced environment, you have to work hard or you will fall behind. Health insurance is very affordable for full-time and part-time employees.
