Stressful when working in the plants. Safety is an issue and management is bad. If you are maintenance, you are definitely treated terribly. You are expected to give up all your weekends and holidays and the job can be quite stressful.

Team work and support makes this a place that feels like family. I have been cross-trained and I feel like I have a wide range of skills. Management cares about its employees and I enjoy working here. Senior management provides good opportunities.
