My managers care about our team and do not micromanage. I wish my co-workers would be more helpful… we are all in it together. Overall, people are dedicated to the job and really want to make the customer happy. Above average salary and benefits.

Dallas environment is a good place for learning skills but definitely not a long term move. Executives are constantly being replaced and there is low morale here due to declining revenue and lower stock value. It is frustrating because communication is terrible but pay is fair and most people are nice.
