Good start, but continuous improvement
I was impressed with the diversity at FedEx, but it isn't representative of our global population. So we can do better.
As with diversity, our inclusion varies by the leaders of teams. But I am impressed with individual leader's inclusiveness at least once a week.
Some improvements that I would like to see include:
- representation of all diversity factors in C-suite & on Board
- many more African-American, male co-workers
- many more physically and neuro-diverse co-workers
- ultra-ADA accessible workplaces
- non-gendered bathrooms (with urinals in stalls)
- greater variety of BRTs (Business Resource Teams)
