People are dedicated to making a family-oriented type of environment. Store level employees do face a lot of everyday stress but I enjoy the variety I encounter everyday.
Management was not qualified and they were constantly changing and changing policies based on shareholder activists. Operational decisions were hastily made as a result. Communication is terrible and a large part of the problem.
