I was employee of Fossil for almost a year and quickly noticed the lack of diversity in management. Also felt like there was no room for growth in my position.

No apparent room for growth among associates or management team. Favoritism was evident from management and corporate. Management Lacked supporting employees to better themselves. The store culture among the team made the time at Fossil worthwhile and it was the most authentic part of being a Fossil employee.

Management cares and doesn’t micromanage. Fantastic culture. Lots of activities for co-workers to know each other better and everyone treats others with respect. It’s a fun place that focuses on the customer. Sales are seasonal so sometimes hard to meet goals of the company. Benefits are good and work-life balance is wonderful.

I’d say most people are happy with the culture across the company. I will say that in IT, the morale is down given most of the function was moved offshore and now the company is bringing it back onshore. Management ineffective in my department.
