Founded in 2003, the Honeywell Finance Women's Leadership Network has four strategic thrusts: networking, maximizing women's visibility within the talent pipeline, learning and development, and helping to make Honeywell Finance an attractive work environment for current and prospective female employees. Its mission is to provide women leaders with an opportunity to share ideas on how best to support other women leaders in their professional development and overall contribution to the company. This mission is aligned with the finance functions vision of attracting and developing talent globally and encouraging diversity in background, experience and training.
