Business groups are all across the company that promote diversity in a strategic way that makes them extremely effective. I am a heterosexual woman, but I have joined by fellow employees in events for other demographics, like the Pride parade. I am an ally of other diverse employees and I am not afraid to display pride flags or other symbols to show that and I don’t have to worry about negative career ramifications Our openly gay vice present also proudly walks in the Pride parade. Each business group/ERG has an executive sponsor.
