LinkedIn members/customers are put first… although no a problem for me as that directly affects the bottom line. Employees are a close second and are treated extremely well. Culture if everything here.
As a company focused on finding jobs and professional networking, it's important that LinkedIn sets a good example with its own corporate culture. They do exactly that because transparency from the CEO down is the mantra and management cares about employees and maintains integrity in their work. Benefits are the best of the best. LinkedIn says and does all the right things. Culture is awesome.
