Wish there were more black and brown attorneys but there is a focus on diversifying summer classes. Partners still tend to gravitate toward associates that look like them but I have been vocal about working on certain matters. Overall, I think that Locke is pretty good on D&I compared to other large law firms. Culture has changed a lot over years given recent mergers. There has been a bigger push after the PR fiasco with Paul Weiss.
