Avoiding the corporate speak that I'm sure teams of people spent many late nights developing, I'll say Microsoft has put a lot of effort into not only speaking the language but hiring diversely. While the leadership at the company may not match the diversity of the lower ranks there is building full of differently-abled, multi-lingual, diversely religious and inclusive minded individuals. Happy to get there everyday. PS. the title refers to Women at Microsoft and Blacks at Microsoft
