Munsch Hardt continues to demonstrate its commitment to Diversity and Inclusion. Not only does the Firm provide numerous platforms for concerns, ideas and suggestions, but they (including Leadership) also truly listen and take appropriate action in a responsive and forward-looking manner. I am proud to be associated with the Firm and am pleased they continue to dedicate the necessary resources to make the Firm a place where Diversity and Inclusion are a priority (and a reality).

I have practiced in large law firm environments for decades; and comparatively, I have found Munsch to be far more open and forthright attending to the interests of gender and ethnically diverse personnel. My experiences in other environments has not been nearly as positive.

The firm's current efforts are visible and, I believe over time, will substantially grow the culture and diversity of the workplace.
