Nordstrom does the right thing and promote from within. They are a great employer and if you work hard and want to move up in the company, you can do so.
The Nordstrom brothers put employees and customers first when they ran the company. Now the focus is on the bottom line for the company. Nordstrom has changed and now more of a typical corporation.
