The workplace from my point of view is truly inclusive. There are areas of opportunities for diversity and inclusion but teams are pretty diverse.

Managers are under a lot of pressure and policies are always changing. It's hard to get anything done because customers are always in the store and there aren't enough workers to help. I do think we are underpaid given the amount of responsibilities. Turnover is high for employees. Benefits are competitive.
