I am not all the way out at my job. I still don't feel comfortable bringing my partner to company events. Probably would be fine but I just have a feeling that my colleagues would act or treat me differently. I wish I didn't have to worry about these things.

401K is good (5% matching) and there are multiple opportunities to learn and improve in your subject matter expertise.

Benefits and employee personalities are good. Insurance and PTO are good. There is one toxic employee that I have to deal with but I don't think he will be around much longer.
