Development opportunities are great if you have a manager that cares about his or her team's development and being able to cross-train you for other opportunities within the company. Raises are merit-based so you have the chance to make real money if you do the work well.
State Farm has been great even after working here for a year. My department has great gender diversity but could have a bit more racial diversity. I've worked with some lower level women who seem to be doing well are happy. There appears to be good gender representation in management although I don't know the exact percentage.
