Management only focuses on short term and not long term. With this mantra, the company will not be able to compete with its competitor. This not a place where promotions and raises happen and little investment is put into its employees. Management needs to be more invested and demonstrate strong leadership to employees. Employees don’t have much faith.

Management is strong and people are friendly. I am always busy but in a good way - one that makes the day go by fast. Pay is competitive and people feel like they are valued and treated with respect. Employees are unionized and union is strong. Insurance is good.
