I was able to learn management skills in this company and learn to manage people and how to motivate my team. My team is like a family and admire how passionate they are about doing a good job and how much my co-workers care. Good place to work.

This is a retail place where you have to be outgoing and extroverted given the competitive nature of the business. Unfortunately, there is a focus on quotas and not so much focus on if employees are doing well in other areas. The commission is set too low to motivate employees and employees are left feeling like they will never succeed.
