Workplace culture is a strange mix of huge technology conglomerate and a mom and pop shop like company. I have strong mentorship and the people are kind, knowledgeable and productive. Every employee stresses kindliness and being effective while maintaining friendliness. I wish that the workload was more evenly spread though. There are times where I am working crazy hours and other times I don’t have anything to do.
