Munsch Hardt has a number of individuals within its organization who dedicate a significant portion of their time to furthering diversity and inclusion within the Firm. This group works closely together on a regular basis, and, collectively, dedicates more hours than if we had a single individual spearheading our various efforts. This group includes the firm’s CEO, shareholders who serve as chairs of the Diversity Committee and Women’s Initiative Group, and the heads of the Marketing and HR Departments.
